At Mansa, we take pride in ensuring that every order — from limited-edition vinyl to apparel and digital collectibles — reaches you securely and on time. Each item is carefully packaged to protect its quality and integrity throughout the journey.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. During product launches, collaborations, or pre-order campaigns, processing times may be slightly longer due to high demand.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and courier details so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. Please note that processing times do not include weekends or courier transit times.
Domestic Shipping (South Africa)
We currently ship across all provinces within South Africa using reliable courier partners.
- Standard delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch
- Express delivery: 1–2 business days (available in major metropolitan areas only)
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. If you’re based in a remote area, delivery may take slightly longer.
We recommend providing a physical address where someone will be available to receive the parcel, as couriers typically cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
International Shipping
Mansa proudly ships worldwide. International delivery times vary depending on your region and local postal service efficiency.
- Africa & Europe: 7–14 business days
- North America: 10–20 business days
- Asia & Oceania: 14–21 business days
International shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our control. Any customs duties, VAT, taxes, or import fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please check your country’s import regulations before purchasing, especially for vinyl or collectible items.
Pre-Orders & Limited Releases
Some of our releases are offered as pre-orders or limited-edition drops. Estimated shipping dates for these products are listed on the product page.
If your order includes both a pre-order and an in-stock item, your package will be shipped once all items are available — unless you request separate shipping (additional charges may apply).
Packaging & Handling
Every record, CD, or collectible is packaged with care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
- Vinyl records are shipped in protective mailers with corner protection.
- Apparel is packed separately to prevent damage or scuffs.
- Fragile items or box sets include additional padding for extra safety.
We strive to minimize waste by using recyclable or eco-friendly packaging materials wherever possible.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking number for updates.
Occasionally, courier delays or customs inspections can extend delivery times. If your order appears lost or hasn’t moved for more than 10 business days, contact us at hello@mansa.net.za with your order number and we’ll investigate with the courier.
Mansa is not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, so please ensure your address details are accurate at checkout.
Order Changes
Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to change your shipping address, update order contents, or reroute your parcel.
If you notice an error in your order before it ships, please contact hello@mansa.net.za immediately, and we’ll do our best to assist.
Delivery Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully delivered.
For security reasons, some high-value or limited releases may require a signature upon delivery.
