Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Certain types of goods are non-returnable, including:

  • Digital music downloads
  • Gift cards
  • Limited-edition or pre-order vinyl and CDs that have been opened
  • Items purchased on sale

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the record manufacturer or pressing plant.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Vinyl, CD, or cassette tape that has been opened or shows signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm that we’ve received your item and to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing time can vary.

If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hello@mansa.net.za.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us at hello@mansa.net.za and send your product to {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver first, we’ll send the refund to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail it to: {physical address}.

You’ll be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For high-value items such as vinyl box sets or collectibles, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
